All players and spectators (5 and over) are required to register online and agree to the Covid Event Policies put forth by The Pokémon Company International.
• All attendees are required to check in to the event on site and will be provided a wristband which must be visibly worn at all times while in the event space.
• Entry for players and spectators can be purchased online using a credit or debit card only.
Proof of age may be requested during check-in. A parent or guardian must be present at Check- In for Junior and Senior players.

Covid- 19 Policy
Per The Pokémon Company International: By entering or attending a Play! Pokémon event, all attendees agree to adhere to the rules and requirements outlined in our COVID-19 policies. Please read this policy thoroughly before registering for and arriving at the event.
*As of 2/28/2023 Mandatory masking will no longer be required at all Premier Events; however, TPCi reserves the right to implement a mandatory masking requirement for any event and on short notice, if necessary. If an event does require mandatory masking, we will do our best to communicate that to all attendees; however, it is your responsibility to confirm you have read and understood the current COVID-19 policy prior to your arrival at an event.

All spectators are required to have a wristband to enter. The registration fee for Spectators is $10.00 for all ages over 5 years old.
Registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. A picture ID will be required for pick up.
Spectators are able to purchase their registration online and will be available throughout event weekends as well (as space permits).

Side Events and Vendors will be held in the Event Space, therefore event wristbands are required.

Bag & Personal Item Policy
To ensure the safety of all attendees, the following items will not be permitted into the event:
• Items which could be considered "weapons" and would not pass airline security (including all firearms, sharp objects, mock weapons, and sprays)
• Electronic smoking devices
• Bags larger than 9" x 14" x 22" (23cm x 36cm x 56 cm). If an airline would not classify it as a carry-on, it is too big. Please check with your hotel about bag storage options.
• Alcoholic beverages or any illegal substance
• Apparel, objects, or signs with explicit wording or pictures
• Animals (other than service animals)
All bags are subject to search upon entry to the event, and security retains the right to refuse entry.

Trading
All Regional Events will have vendors onsite for attendees to purchase official Pokémon items from. While simple trading is allowed, selling or extensive trading is prohibited and will result in being ejected from the venue (no refunds on entry fees will be provided)
