VGC Regional Event Registration

1. Register online using the RK9 Labs event registration page starting on Tuesday, February 14, 2023
2. Teamlist must be submitted online via the RK9 Labs Teamlist Creator

Side Events begin on March 31, 2023. - Main Events on April 1 -2, 2023

Video Game will use Regulation C for the Fort Wayne Regional Championships, which begin on April 1, 2023.

Registration for all attendees (5 and over) is required for entry into the Main Hall, including spectators.
You can purchase 2 spectator passes at one time. 
Spectator Passes have sold out at all previous events, please plan on getting yours early!

Notes regarding Teamlist Submission:

• You can re-submit your Teamlist multiple times, but all Teamlist submissions are final as of the above deadline.
• Players that do not have a submitted Teamlist by the online deadline listed above, will be given a Game Loss.
  • A judge will assign this penalty to you at the beginning of Round 1, and you will need to submit your Teamlist online before you can resume Round 1. You will need to have your Teamlist submitted and be ready to play before 10 minutes has passed in the round, or you will receive a match loss. If that happens, you will then have until the end of Round 1 to submit your Teamlist online.
• Decklist Help Desk is open Saturday from 7:30 am - 8:00 am for any last minute help requests with Teamlist Submission. Please visit the Main Stage Area for assistance.

For the 2023 Pokémon Regionals Season Divisions
Juniors – Born in 2011 or later
Seniors – Born in 2007 to 2010
Masters – Born in 2006 and earlier 

Please note if less than 8 players are registered in a division, that division will be combined with another.

REGISTRATION OPENS​
Opens: Thursday, April 20, 2023*

• Players need to bring the following to the event: A legitimate version (Game Card or downloadable) of Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet for the Nintendo Switch family of systems, with the latest game patch installed.
• A fully charged Nintendo Switch system, up to date with latest updates and firmware.
  
• Players are strongly encouraged to bring a charger for their system, as tournament staff will not have chargers available for loan.
  
• Players must have their wired internet settings set to Automatic.
  
• An active Nintendo Switch Online membership (paid) is required for participation in Video Game Championship Series events, and the console must be able to connect to the internet via an Organizer-provided network.
  
• Please note: Players may be unable to continue to play in a tournament if Parental Controls prevent their system from performing actions that are necessary for tournament play.
