VGC Regional Event Registration
- Register online using the RK9 Labs event registration page starting on Thursday, April 20, 2023
- Teamlist must be submitted online via the RK9 Labs Teamlist Creator
Video Game will use the current format listed in the Play! Pokémon VG Rules and Formats for June 3, 2023
All players 17 and under are provided one free spectator (does not include items listed below).
Notes regarding Teamlist Submission:
- You can re-submit your Teamlist multiple times, but all Teamlist submissions are final as of the above deadline.
- Players that do not have a submitted Teamlist by the online deadline listed above, will be given a Game Loss.
- A judge will assign this penalty to you at the beginning of Round 1, and you will need to submit your Teamlist online before you can resume Round 1. You will need to have your Teamlist submitted and be ready to play before 10 minutes has passed in the round, or you will receive a match loss. If that happens, you will then have until the end of Round 1 to submit your Teamlist online.
- Decklist Help Desk is open Saturday from 7:30 am - 8:00 am for any last minute help requests with Teamlist Submission. Please visit the Main Stage Area for assistance.
For the 2023 Pokémon Regionals Season Divisions
Juniors – Born in 2011 or later
Seniors – Born in 2007 to 2010
Masters – Born in 2006 and earlier
Please note if less than 8 players are registered in a division, that division will be combined with another.
