Covid-19 Protocols
All participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, Day 2 Events staff, service providers, vendors, vending staff and others are expected to abide by all policies set forth by local regulations and The Pokémon Company International and such policies and regulations are in effect for all events. These policies and regulations are subject to change at any time
In all cases, we will continue to assess the risks in the area local to the event. In keeping with the responsibility as host, Day 2 Events LLC will follow the Play! Pokémon COVID-19 Protocols (Play! Pokémon Rules & Resources)set forth in the link inserted herein and at the conclusion of this section.
It is the responsibility of all participating attendees and/or their parent or guardian to:
Although COVID-19 is no longer considered a global health emergency, we endeavor to keep our
community safe from unnecessary dangers. Additionally, given the global nature of our Premier Events
program, we must be mindful of differing regulations throughout the world. As such, these Protocols can change with very short notice. In some circumstances, the requirements listed here may shift to comply with local laws.
Premier Event COVID-19 Requirements

I, and my attending party, acknowledge that I derive personal satisfaction and a benefit by virtue of my participation as a player, staff member, spectator or other such connection to the event hosted and produced by Day 2 Events LLC, and I willingly engage in Day 2 Events LLC hosted events and/or other activities.
I, and my attending party, acknowledge the health risks associated with participating in events held or sponsored by Day 2 Events LLC. These risks include the risk of contracting a communicable disease, such as COVID-19 whose symptoms vary from person to person, but such symptoms could include but not be limited to transient dizziness, lightheaded, fainting, nausea, muscle cramping, musculoskeletal injury, joint pains, sprains and strains, heart attack, stroke, or sudden death. I agree that if I experience any of these or any other symptoms during the Activity, I will discontinue my participation immediately and seek appropriate medical attention. I DO HEREBY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE DAY 2 EVENTS LLC FROM ANY CLAIM WHATSOEVER WHICH ARISES OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE ON ACCOUNT OF ANY FIRST AID, TREATMENT, OR SERVICE RENDERED IN CONNECTION WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT HOSTED BY Day 2 Events LLC..
We reserve the right to modify these policies and procedures at any time given the rapidly changing nature of the current global pandemic.
I, and my attending party, have read and agree to follow Play! Pokémon COVID-19 Protocols as set forth by The Pokémon Company International. We agree that failure to meet these requirements for entry and attendance will result in being denied entry.

Premier Event COVID-19 Requirements
- Individuals who have or develop symptoms consistent with COVID-19 should refrain from attending the event.
- Mandatory masking of asymptomatic individuals will no longer be required at all Premier Events; however, TPCi reserves the right to implement a mandatory masking requirement for any event and on short notice, if necessary. If an event does require mandatory masking, we will do our best to communicate that to all attendees; however, it is your responsibility to confirm you have read and understood the current COVID-19 policy prior to your arrival at an event.
- For events that implement mandatory masking, the following requirements apply:
